3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy on most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Original invoice must be provided
  • IMEI/Serial number must match the delivered product

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with tampered or broken seals
  • Used or activated SIM cards
  • Products with physical damage or scratches
  • Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software products

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

Choose the order containing the item you want to return

Select the reason for return and provide additional details if needed

Schedule Pickup

Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address

Quality Check & Refund

After quality check, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Process

Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • Quality check takes 2-3 business days after product receipt
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: 2-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (COD): 7-10 business days

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Different color/variant than ordered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. The replacement product will be shipped after the original product is received and verified.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect
  • Do not use or attempt to repair the product
  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or refund
  • No questions asked for genuine manufacturing defects

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment
  • Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • No cancellation charges applicable

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You can refuse delivery and return will be processed
  • Return shipping charges may apply

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return Pickup: Free for defective/wrong products
  • Customer Remorse: Return shipping charges may apply
  • Exchange: Free shipping for replacement product

9. Warranty Claims

For products under manufacturer warranty:

  • Contact manufacturer's service center directly
  • Warranty terms are as per manufacturer's policy
  • We provide 6 months additional warranty on select products
  • Keep warranty card and invoice safe for claims
